Refund policy

At Harmukh Naturals, we sell premium dry fruits and food products.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

If you receive:

A damaged product,

The wrong product, or

A product with a genuine quality issue,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
